Im not sure how to find the system info you�d need. I just received my first pc, which i ordered through ibuypower. I just had my pc on yesterday, but now it’s not turning on at all. This is my first pc, so i don’t know much about this stuff.
It has a liquid cooling system, however it comes with 3 large fans, one at the back of the system and two at the front, each fan with lights, however when we turn on the computer the fans, nor the lights, will turn on.
No fans, no beeping, no lights, anything. Don�t worry about the monitor yet, assuming you�re using a desktop or an external display. Either way, it’s a gut punch, but not necessarily the end of the world. I’ve seen tons of people online having similar issues with ibp that were thought to have been power supply issues, but. Sometimes a tripped breaker can leak just enough power to show proper voltage on the meter, leaving you with the assumption that your power is working. From time to time, we got complaints from people that their gaming pc from ibuypower won�t start up properly. New ibuypower pc won�t turn on :/. This is my first pc, so i don’t.

Your monitor light will likely be amber/yellow if your computer has stopped sending. I just bought a ibuypower computer and it wont let me play games!! Either way, it’s a gut punch, but not necessarily the end of the world. Make sure that the motherboard is not shorting to the case. Sometimes a tripped breaker can leak just enough power.
